Carol Mear assisted me with the purchase of a home in Garland in 2017. She showed me many houses. I made three offers: the first was not accepted in favor of a cash offer; the second was accepted but I rescinded the offer after the inspection; the third offer was accepted and closed. I was very happy with the house. Two years and a half years later, due to a change in my personal circumstances, I decided to sell the house. I called Carol. The house was listed just before Christmas, I received an offer that fell through and the received a second offer that closed February 28, 2020.
